The official employee record
REVISAL is the general employee register, in which each hire, contract change and termination is recorded electronically. Submission to the labour inspectorate (ITM) has strict deadlines — a hire is recorded at the latest the day before work begins. Failure or delay is penalised with large fines.
What we do for you
- Recording hires in REVISAL, on time;
- Updating contract changes (salary, position, working time);
- Recording terminations and suspensions;
- Submitting to the ITM per the deadlines;
- Reconciling with employment contracts and payroll.
Why it matters
An employee not recorded in REVISAL before starting work is considered undeclared labour — one of the most heavily penalised breaches. We keep REVISAL up to date so there is no such risk.
