What SPV is and why it is mandatory
The Virtual Private Space (SPV) is the online platform through which companies communicate electronically with ANAF: filing returns, receiving decisions, notices and summons. For legal entities, communication with ANAF solely through SPV is mandatory.
Any document sent by ANAF in the SPV is considered legally communicated.
