The documents proving the company is in order
At a tender, a bank loan or a transaction, you are asked for documents attesting the company’s situation: the fiscal attestation certificate (shows whether you have budget debts) and the constating certificate from ONRC (shows the company’s official data — shareholders, office, activities). We obtain them quickly, in the required form.
What we do for you
- Obtaining the fiscal attestation certificate from ANAF;
- Obtaining the constating certificate from the Trade Register;
- Prior check of any debts;
- Clarifying and settling debts that block the certificate;
- Delivery in the format and deadline required by the requester.
Why Conta Fiscal
Sometimes the fiscal certificate shows debts the company did not even know about (interest, small differences). We identify, clarify and obtain the clean certificate in time for your file.
